We offer online therapy sessions with our Psychologists, which allows anyone in Alberta to receive our support, regarless of if you are in Calgary or not. Our online therapy sessions are the same length and are performed by our Psychologists through a secure video platform. When choosing online therapy, you are in control of where you have your session. This can aid with the convenience of attending your therapy sessions, as you do not have the stress of trying to get to your Psychologist appointment. We recommend that you have a quiet, comfortable and private space that you use for your online therapy sessions.
We offer in-person therapy at our convenient Calgary location. We are located in Southwest Calgary, but are easily accessed by all parts of Calgary, as we have close access to Stoney Trail, Sarcee Trail and Glenmore Trail. We also have Public Transit near by. We accept clients from Okotoks, Spring Bank, Cochrane and other areas surronding Calgary for in-person therapy sessions. After beginning in-person therapy, you can always choose to change to online therapy sessions for convenience or preference.
