Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, requiring changes to your scheduled appointment. To provide you with the best service and accommodate individual situations, we have developed the following cancellation policy:


  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to other clients.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a charge equivalent to the full appointment duration.
  • We recognize that exceptional circumstances can occur, and we are open to discussing individual situations on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you find yourself in such a situation.


We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy, which enables us to maintain the quality and availability of our services.

Late Policy

 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to clients arriving late for their appointments. However, to ensure that we maintain the quality and fairness of our services to all clients, we have established the following policy regarding late arrivals:


  1. Appointment Duration: If a client arrives late for their scheduled appointment, the duration of the appointment will not be extended beyond the originally scheduled end time. Our service providers' schedules are carefully planned to accommodate all clients throughout the day, and extending appointments for late arrivals could disrupt the schedule for other clients.
  2. Rescheduling: In cases where a client arrives significantly late and the service provider cannot reasonably accommodate the full appointment within the remaining time, we may need to reschedule the appointment for another suitable time slot. This will ensure that both the client and the service provider can have a focused and satisfactory experience. - See Cancelation Policy
  3. Notification: If you anticipate that you might be running late for your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate a full appointment in such cases, notifying us in advance allows us to explore potential options.


We understand that situations arise beyond your control, and we will do our best to accommodate clients within the framework of this policy. However, please understand that our ability to adjust appointments for late arrivals is subject to the availability of our service providers and the overall schedule for the day. Please contact us as soon as possible (best to call or text) if you find yourself in such a situation.
